lion pride in colorado

LAST EDITED ON Feb-23-19 AT 02:58PM (MST)[p]According to the news this morning there is a pride of 8-10 lions roaming around in Edwards. I have never heard of more than 3 or 4...mothers and their nearly grown cubs. No wonder a local photographer reported that he normally sees a number of mature bucks this time of year but this year....nada. We desperately need better preditor management.

Wait until they turn loose the wolves. There is something weird about this I've never heard of lions packing up together.They are solitary animal.

The article didn't say anything about a "pride" of lions. They are estimating there is about 10 lions in the Edwards area, not a whole "pride" of them running together.

Yes that's a lot of predators but I'd say we've got more of a yuppy problem than a predator problem. Predators are at least controlled, yuppies and their 3rd homes are not...
