Long Range Kill

I let one fly on a coyote on Sunday. It was a cross canyon shot with my Savage .300 wsm shooting a 210 Berger VLD Hunting bullet. 727 yards. I was pretty proud but I have no picture with the animal. I couldn't talk my brother into going over there and retrieving it for me.


It's always an adventure!!!

Pretty sure that you shoot long Distance way better than most but i believe a lot of these "long Distance" guys would be best served limiting their longer shots to yotes, varmints, and targets.

Get after them!!

Great job ! I also had two of them above me on a ridge sunday morning at 950 yards.Had the scope dailed in. They wouldn't stop moving threw the sage brush long enough for me to get on them. It was fun though, the only time I put one in the camber all weekend. Only doe's and small bucks the rest of the time.
