...for a DIY Mule deer hunt for an old guy (me) with some mobility limitations (bad hip ). I have 9 preference points. Good access, moderate terrain and the opportunity for a 140 -150 inch buck are the biggest criteria. I've looked pretty closely at unit 10, 81 and the lower BLM regions of region G. Could anyone give me some insight on those or other areas you think might fit the bill ? I'd sure appreciate any advice or insight you'd be willing to share. Feel free to PM if you'd prefer. THANKS. Area 81 is very steep and rugged if you’re mobility limited. I think your area 10 is a good choice.
