Looking for a good Tannery

I live in Utah and would like one nearby if possible. If there is better options I will look into it. This will be for a Bear. All my research has turned up is the one's not to use.

Don't know of any around Utah. I've been using Advantage Fur Dressing in Houston for the past 12 years or so and am very happy with them. Excellent tan/stretch and a 30 day turnaround which is outstanding. Great folks to work with.

There is one in Ogden. Can't remember the name though. I will see if i can find it.

I believe it is Wasatch Tannery. Don't know much about it though.

Yep thats it. A few guys on Taxidermy.net say he was good, quick turn around, good stretch.

I use moyle when I want a dry tan do you want wet or dry?

I have heard Moyles does excellent tanning unless it is for taxidermy.

I use Moyle for my furbearers, fox, beaver, coon, coyote. I would not use them for taxidermy tanning however.

I had moyle do the mountain goat on the front of my web page there taxi tan is different than there fur tan but the stretch is not the best magic trophy mountain in Nampa Id. has an absolute awesome wet tan for taxi work
