Kinda funny how people still describe todays muzzle loaders and archery equiptment as "primitive weapons".
Might as well dump the "primitive weapon" seasons and just make three "any weapon" seasons.
Todays bows shoot as far as the old 30-30 i started out on and these muzzle loaders pack more punch than a 30-06!!

That's either a bit of a stretch or one lousy 30-30. Modern bows do shoot far, but not 150-200 yards.

I think I have to agree with Slamdunk......

How can anyone call this muzzleloader a primitive weapon. I hate the thought of more restrictions, but that's not right, and plain old disrespectful.

1) $7000 is beyond ridiculous
2) Just punched it into a ballistic calculator. Dead on at 200 yards would drop 10 FEET at 550 yards!
3) Sub MOA (-5" at 500). I would have to see it to believe it.

To each his own I guess. I would like to follow these long range guys and see the whole hunt, not just the kill?

Sub moa at 500 and has made kill shots at 700yards, You know what u can do with your bc calc.lol
