I just got off the phone with my outfitter buddy in Manitoba. He has had an outstanding year since I left the first week. We took a BC brown, they took a pope and young later in the year. He is 100% success rate and most guys are seeing 15 + bears on each bait. He said that this was an outstanding year for bears.
