Whelp... yup, sad 'an tragic.

As a kid we used to joke about the "killer beef" plotting their vengance on mankind.

Then, I am shure, most people here have incountered FMC's while roaming hill 'an dale in search of fish or game...

FMC = Fast Mean Cow
Myself 'an my dog were run into a river once by a herd of FMC's.
I've been tree'd(well it was a big rock...) chased, bellowed at... not ta mention all the "landmines" I've sliped in!

I can think of worse ways to go udder than "death by cow".

Personaly? Better a cow than a chicken!

Sounds to me like he just got knocked down
by a Mama cow. Sorry, that's what happen's
when you get between them and their calf,
especially if it's new. He wouldn't have made
it as long as he did around some of the Cross-bred,
Tiger-striped, Mama's most run around here.

Chef and I were quail hunting a couple months ago and I had my GSP with us. We came across some cattle and almost had a run in with a big bull. I don't think he liked my dog Jake very much. And when Chef was joking around and made a sudden move towards the bull, he started to charge him. That was the fastest I have ever seen him move.
