I got a tag for SW AZ so I plan on boning out my muley (if things work out) to keep it cold while mt budy stumbles around the desert for a few days. I'm looking for a butcher on the West Side or Central Phoenix that will process boned out meat. It would be great if the burger and sausage wasn't thrown in with other's game meat. And I also wanted to see if anyone knew of a reasonable taxidermist around. I saw a few real nice reviews about Grand Canyon Wildlife Artistry. OK, maybe I'll be the one stumbling around but you got to be ready, right?
