Meat Processor near Minden/Gardnerville Area

I'd like to have the first of the 2 deer we kill this year in 192 processed. Can anyone suggest a reputable butcher that would have the ability to process a deer within 2-3 days? Thanks so much.

I used a guy in Lemon Valley a couple years ago. Cant remember for sure what the turn around was, but it was pretty quick. He works out of his house its called G & M Processing. 775-754-6911 hope this helps
