Meeker/Craig rv dump and water tank fill

Heading to Colorado next week for OTC bull action in the 3rd season. Does anyone now if there is public water access to fill my toy hauler water tank? According to several websites there is one in meeker along with an rv dump. Has anyone used this recently and is it open? Craig area?

The fair grounds in those little western towns are generally a good place to start. They've always been very accommodating. Sure someone will be along with a more specific answer.
