The Obama clip has all the Marines standing at attention, do you know what would happen to a Marine if he was called to attention and then broke out in applause? Especially in front of the CINC? This is a formal setting.
In the GWB clip it is in a less formal setting and the Marines are standing at ease, not at attention. One setting is formal setting inside and the other an informal setting outside in a combat zone.
I think the context is kind of important. I am not saying the Marines love Obama jus that the context of the two clips is different.

We are lucky the one's that hate their boss don't find another job as hdude suggests. They love their country to much for that. It is interesting what the poster of the video had to say when you clicked on the "more info" tab.

That they are openly disrespecting their chain of command. Does anyone with two firing brain cells believe that the Marines choose which CINC to follow based upon their party affliation?
I spent 6 years in the Army and have been to 100's of dog and pony shows for dignintaries, including Gen. Colin Powell, Gen. Wesley Clark, Gen. Schwartzkoff and numerous Senators and Representative. The military will not allow soldiers, airmen, sailors or marines to embarass the CINC or their chain of command.
I don't support Obama nor his fiscal policies, he is however the Commander in Chief and every marine in those videos has sworn an oath to obey his orders. This is a silly way to try to convey a message that only Republican loving people serve in the marines. That is stupid.
If this is all you guys have to make Obama look bad you better get ready for a very long time of Democrat rule.

That said I can say that although they do take orders they still reserve the human right to dislike whomever they choose to dislike and although they may follow "lawful" orders nothing says they have to be warm and fuzzy to those in command be they dumbarses.
I did not wholly support GW Bush but I would have given him more support than the current bozo.

So Bugler Troops and Sailors are just like everyone else in the U.S.? Some are Republicans, some democrats, some could care less, some don't like politicians etc, etc. That is not what these two videos imply. They imply that every Marine love GWB and every Marine dislike Obama. If I were a Marine I would find that implication insulting and down right UnAmerican.

It is a stupid thing to involve military personel in political debates. They serve the Constitution, take an oath to defend against all enemies "foreign and domestic". I bet if you asked the Marines involved in either you could find a broad range of political thought in regards to the two presidents from support for either down to dislike for either. I find it a very stupid way to make an arguement.
