I wanted to ask if I can Mentor my nephew with my deer point in Wyoming as a non res?

If you are asking if your nephew can use your PP to obtain a license then the answer is no. The mentor program is not meant as way to help obtain licenses but as a way for those that have not taken hunter safety to be able to hunt with a mentor for one year. You would both have to have a valid Wyoming hunting license but it does not need to be the same species, type, season, unit, etc.

I don't believe your residency status has any bearing other than ability to obtain tags.
