Pork Loin pinwheels; with bread stuffing, candied apricots, and honey pecans. Instead of roasting it whole, take the center section of a loin, filet open, and line with filling. Roll up, secure with silicone bands or butchers twine. Slice in 1- 1 1/2" thick pinwheels. Sautéed in butter. Fresh garden Spaghetti squash, with GSP (garlic, salt, pepper). Gorgonzola honey pecan garden salad. G&T.

I got news for you, I think that what comes out of your kitchen could be served in 95 percent of "upscale joints", not that I have been to many.
