Slick8 Active Member Messages 212 Apr 16, 2023 #1 Anyone here make make Mississippi pot roast. Since making this a few years ago I've quit de-boning deer shoulders. If it's a large buck I'll cut it into two roast or freeze the left overs. I've also used this recipe with elk shanks and it's great.
