Model 70 blind box mag

I see that McMillain makes a blind magazine stock for the model 70. Does anyone know how to convert standard to blind box.

I would suspect it is for the post 64 model 70's that came with blind magazines......a conversion sure isn't impossible but I doubt that is why they offer one.
