LAST EDITED ON Dec-16-11 AT 12:39PM (MST)[p]After many requests I finally decided to post some pics for the grown-ups. It's not fair for a few of you knuckleheads to ruin it for everyone else so if you can't handle that I took another bull then feel free to pm me with your tears. After last years "Will I?" thread I'm not sure we should restrict this site by age or maturity level. (I'm guilty sometimes too) I've had several tell me that they avoid mm because there is too many children on here. Founder already knows this is a great site but littered with trolls. Thanks again Founder. Anyway.......
I saw this bull and 6 other friends bed down in the morning so I waited ALL DAY for them to come out. An hour before illegal shooting light they were out except for him and the big guy. The big one being around 350. I waited at 450 yards as long as I could and then moved in to position at 400 yards across a draw. Finally my bull steps out to feed and after waiting another 10 minutes I decided the big one wasn't coming out until after dark anyway. My bull started sparring with a brushhead 6 point when I ran my .340 through his ribs. (See attached) I heard the "whack" after a couple seconds but he acted like nothing happened. He just looked around and then started to sidehill and stopped while I watched his legs sprawl out and shake. He pointed downhill and came crashing down hard. Would have been a great video but you kids didn't seem to like the one I had last year anyway. I had my gear to drag him out on the sled unlike last year when I tried to beat the storm. All came out but the guts and lower legs. The rack is safely at home. No need to worry. He is a pretty bull but not huge by any means.

If any of you Nancy Drews want to crack the case then just pm me to see how close you are.
