Montana Regulations book ?

I got the MT regulations book in the mail today and was looking at the page with the Deer and Elk special permit numbers on it. I was looking for the number of permits they give out for each unit. I can't find them. Does anyone know were they are?

This year they only show the total number of apps for each unit.They are not broken down onto Res and Non Res apps. Do res and non res draw out of the same pool? It makes it harder to try and figure out the draw odds when all apps are thrown together.

They did it that way because the draw odds for NR are only "up to 10%"... meaning could be 10% could be 1%. Fact is your odds of drawing the tag is about as good as a Res until they hit the 10% cap.

I havn't got the new regs yet, but they usually list the total number of permits for each unit in the main part of the regs.
