LAST EDITED ON Dec-14-17 AT 11:31AM (MST)[p]So for Utah conservatives are against private property rights, against economic development, against the freedom to move where one wants, anti success, anti small business, for below cost grazing to subsidize cattleman, for using the power of government to pick winners and loser as long as they view themselves as winning. Ever wonder why the label of Fake Conservative fits so well.
Can you name a single person who has not been forced to change from how things were in 1960? If the ranchers had such attachment to the land then why did they cash out? Why didn't they sell to their neighbors for less money in order to keep those lands in the hands of ag. producers?
I ask this same question to ranchers who sell to the American Prairie Reserve here. All of them oppose the APR until it comes time to sell and then they sell to the guy with the most money.
I get that it sucks to have change in how the land is used but if you think some how Utah is special in that regard you are just a bunch of whiners.
How will they like it as a National Park, like your Utard Congressman wants?
