moose gone

[why]

north slope moose did any one get a bull moose out of this unit. freind had a tag .hunted hard 20 days of season. oN horses& foUr wheelers 4x4TRUCK FOR OVER 2000 MILES. and lot foot miles. biggest he seen was 20 incher what the hell happen on this unit.WHY

He has one horn broken, which means there was another bull on that mountain (probably bigger than him) that busted his whole right side.

I'm sorry to see that the moose are in small numbers but thats what happens when the wolves moved in. We have seen 7 wolves on the North slope the first one we saw was three years ago. This is what happened in Yellowstone they took the Moose and then the Elk.

We're in for a real mess unless we can "manage" our own wolf problem! The States need the control, not the stinking Feds.

If you really want to get mad, check out this link and the likelihood of Colorado reintroducing wolves! We will all have to take up golf because it won't just be moose missing, it will be every animal. Except of course wolves, which will be protected.

I didn't see anything in that article saying they would reintroduce wolves into Colorado. It was talking about them gradually moving south into the state from Wyoming and what kind of a plan to have if they start populating the state.
