most successful unsuccessful hunt

Went up with my buddy to help with his daughters muzzle loader cow tag this last weekend. Had cows under 80 yards twice but couldn't seal the deal. Had a fun time though and his daughter said this was the best hunt ever! She missed a coyote at 100 yards too but with open sights that is a very tough shot for a 12 year old.

Found these two moose and had fun with them for awhile practicing my calling. Even tried picking a fight with the youngster but he had no part in that

This was a special hunt for you and the huntress. Sometimes getting the game is just the "icing on the cake". Pretty neat experience to be so close to that young bull and cow, and have some fun challenging him. Cool photos...I would love an experience like that! Thanks for sharing.
