Mt. Taylor Hunt

Hey guys,
Getting excited, first hunt of the season is coming up in middle of October. Got us a bull elk hunt up at Mt. Taylor with a black powder. Anyone been up here lately? Or have any tips, locations, news, info, etc? If so how is the water holes and vegetation? Good sources? Etc. feel free to pm me

Check out spuds patch and elkin springs area up to the top and over to the Floyd lee border.

So far from what I've read, it's been a rough hunt up there. Makes me a little uneasy but still excited!
