No sir, 201/204...Lil later, so I know the Rut will be done with, but at least know the Bucks are down...I've got a friend that has the 192 tag, so he's getting excited about all them forks and lil ones pushing does! ;-)

heading up tomorrow to 203 first time in this unit. I hunted 2 days after the opener for 4 days and saw nothing! hope things change this weekend.

Will the rut really be over by the 1st? That seems like a short time frame if it really hasn't kicked in yet. I'm no expert as I live back east but I'm curious.

Did you go up in elevation? With nothing to push them, they'll still be up, so to speak...

I hunted around 6000 ft at the highest. stayed pretty close to neighboring 291 because I now that unit well and hunted around artesia peak real hard. what really botherd me is I saw very little sign. plus im not really in love with the deer habitat in the unit im kinda at a loss right know on were to go

I was up by susanville on the 21st rut was going on big time ,saw plenty of deer on the lowest of winter ground.
