Anyone cook puff ball mushrooms?
Was up in northern California and mushrooms are going nuts right now..but I never cook a puff ball..do I remove the rind.. saute with pasta..?
All others were very good..
Lots of pickers around..

Size of a soccer ball..saw bambi eatting one and she seemed to enjoy it..saw a,couple collect them among others said it good and sells for 7 bucks a pound. ..
