Muzzelloader Records

LAST EDITED ON Sep-23-08 AT 08:44PM (MST)[p]Can anybody tell me how or were to find records for muzzle loading records. I have looked up Safari Club and tried to look up the Longhunter records but they require memberships I believe. Can anybody tell me any different?

I dont think they have a web site to look up or at records. The new records book comes out this fall, I just got a letter in the mail to purchase it. if you want that info pm me. Scott

Are you referring to the NMLRA Longhunter record book or is there another muzzleloading record book?

ya, thats the one. the 5th edition.

For Safari Club top 10 muzzleloader records go to their website at safariclub.org
Then click on Trophy Records on the left hand side.
Then click on Record Book Minimums / Top Ten on the right hand side.
Under Section use the drop down window and select North America, click search.
Click on each species to see the minimum score to qualify and the top ten for rifle, handgun, muzzleloader, and archery.
