Muzzy Scope

With the new regs in Utah I need to get a magnified scope for my muzzy. In the $300 and under range what would you put on your Muzzy? And Why do you recommend that scope?

You don't need to do anything. Don't be a puzzy, keep using your open sights on your muzzy.

put a Leupold VX2 3-9X40. your still limited to ballistics. that's what i ended up putting on mine.

I had a 2.5x8 Leupold kicking around so put it on my muzzleloader a couple years ago to develop the load. Now I'll just leave it on and hunt with it this year since it's legal.

At the ranges that I'll realistically shoot in the field, this is plenty of scope for me.

I think a solid 4x is plenty unless your eyes are old and tired like mine. Almost any ***quality*** 4, 6, 2x7 or 3x9 would be just fine for real world hunting with a front-stuffer.
