My birds have a new buddy

I got out of the bird business. But with training my new dog. I know have Chukars and pigeons. First a hawk got in. The something killed of 20 birds one night. Lately they have been dead in the cage with no legs. I set the camera on the cage and this is what I found. Going to need to take care of this before he gets into the coop and kills all of them.
