I think N.M. ought to open a Night Hunting season for predators. A person could buy an annual tag for say $250, which are limited to a statewide number of say 500 tags. Said hunter could have 2 other people register under him for $50 bucks an annual supplemental license. Each night they plan on going out they have to call in on the hotline and say where they are going etc.
Would have to pass a course and background checks.
I am just throwing numbers out there, but something I would like to see looked at anyway.
Could even use them as reporting mechanism for suspicous activiites, help control predator populations and generate revenue.
