What's going on with the NDOW website? Did they forget to pay a bill or something?

This domain name expired on 09/26/2005 and is pending renewal or deletion.

www.huntnevada.com is still working but then this is a separate website from NDOW.

Am I crazy or is anybody else getting some wierd website when they go to the NDOW website from the link off this website?
