Got hired on with US FIsh and Wildlife Service as a seasonal maintenance laborer this summer working at Valentine NWR. Fixing lots of fence, repairing windmills, learning lots of new stuff.

Neat country, quite a bit different than what I'm used to coming from Northeast California.

Turkeys die the same though!

Unfortunately when I shot the Jake this am, I am officially tagged out for the spring. Crazy that there's turkeys in this country. A bazillion acres of rolling hills with yuccas and a tree patch every so often.
