Need a Butcher

Used a guy for years in Co. and now he's moved to a 9-5 job; can't blame him, now he has more time to hunt.

Is there a great butcher in the Abq./SF area +100mi? I'm not asking about cut and wrap, I can do that. I mean a real butcher; one that makes great jerky, smoked links, sausages etc. and has a hang room. A place where, when you walk in, you start salivating like one of Pavlovas' dogs.

Green Valley Meats on 4th Street does all kinds of smoked stuff (jerky, sausage, etc.).

On rt 25 in Raton, NM is Cummings Processing. They are awesome. They'll pack your meat,cape, horns and ship them anywhere in the lower 48 for around $350. We drive 5 hours from our hunt location, but then again we fly in and out of Denver, so it's sort of on the way. Most have given up this service in CO due to FDA rules and regulations that have killed most any chance that a butcher can make some extra money during the hunting season.
