Can you call the DOW and change your zone selection before the drawing date? I really can't or don't want to draw this season.

Call the G&F. If you have had a hardship come up, they can usually help out. I don't know about changing areas or pulling you name, but call them and see. If it is more about don't want to draw rather than can't draw, your probably SOL
