I've hunted it rifle a couple of times. Have not hunted it since it burned a few years ago, most of the area burned, shouldn't stop the goats from being there. There were some monster bucks there when i hunted it, took a 16 3/4" VERY heavy buck there, scores over 85. I'm sure there are still some good ones left. I would probably start around Knott creek ranch, the pine forest range, just about anywhere you can find a good animal. Look high and low, some of the best bucks i saw were way up high. Try looking on the road into Onion Res, Blue lakes, another place to look Cherry creek. You won't have any problem finding antelope. Good luck
