Nevada youth app problem

Guys,
I know it's the 11th hour here but I didn't have this problem last year. I am applying with my son and it asks for a drivers license. As a 13 yr old he doesn't have one but it won't let me proceed and says something like "drivers license required."
What am I doing wrong or better yet, how do I get over this hurdle?

I'm not positive, but would it have something to do with him being a junior and qualifies for the junior hunt?? If it was me, I would put him in for the junior hunt(which he will almost certainly get) and then if you want to hunt together, you apply for the same hunt in the main draw.

We're non-residents. Pretty sure Nevada doesn't offer the Junior tags to non-ressy's. I'll check again tho. Thx

I didn't have to do it this year for my sons app but it was his first year,check to make sure you have his correct birth year that may trigger something like that.
