New Mexico Draw Question?

I was making sure I understand the Draw. In order to put in for a non-res HQ mule deer hunt I need to send $355.00 in addition to the $8.00 app fee.363.00 Total. If not drawn I would receive my 355.00 Back?. Or do you send in the 8.00 Application and wait to draw and then pay? Any clarification would be appreciated.

LAST EDITED ON Jan-21-08 AT 02:41PM (MST)[p]You just need to send in the $8.00 or apply online $8.00 on credit card. if you draw a tag they will send you an authorization to buy a license over the counter for $355.00.
So if you draw say a unit 34 tag the license vendor will fill out the lic. for unit 34 you just need to present your authorization to the vendor.

Just keep inmind that Elk, Antelope, orx ECT are different. you need to send in the full amount if app by paper or online it will charge you the $8 fee and you must have fund available when they draw or your app will be rejected
