Los Alamos. She's using the NMSP and none other because they are under the executive branch.

NM Sheriff's Association have already made a statement this is a direct infringement on Constitutional Rights.

The leftist tyrant needs to be arrested & jailed immediately and she would be & rightfully so under the constitution. Constitutional rights or any other provisions of the Bill of Rights can’t be suspended. They are negative rights that are prohibitions on government action. The “right” does not emanate from Govt. - it pre-existed Government. Her order directs law enforcement to violate the U.S. constitution. She’d be smart to revoke it asap.

But, the toothpaste is out of the container. Revoking it is merely putting the cap back on. The action was taken and rights have been "suspended" for 48 hours.

NMSP had better make sure they know they serve the people of the state, not this petty thief.

The toothpaste can't be put back in.
