Hey guys just thought that I would let you all know that there is a new meat processor opening up in Pinedale this year. His name is Neal Nelson the shop will be located at the Noble Flying U Ranch (11 miles north of Pinedale Turn off highway 352 at the Cora post office (Noble Rd) and follow the road to the end). He is a certified butcher (he went to school for it) and he also is a butcher at the local grocery store during the day. I believe he will even cut your animal that day for a fee. From what I have heard he will be very reasonably priced and way cheaper than jackson. anyways here is the number.
