Newbie taxidermy supply questions

I'm new to taxidermy and have a couple of questions I hope someone can help with. Where can Bill Lancaster forms be purchased from? Does McKenzie have a manufacturing facility in Utah? If so, is it possible to stop by and pick up form directly?

Trufitt has them. Hear is the number 801 973 2455. Goodluck.
Mckenzie is in north ogden. I don't think they sale his line of form's. Research manikin's and trufitt ask for bill.
