This was just posted on the NMDGF Facebook page:

"Christmas came early this year. You may have seen your unofficial draw results. Just a reminder, until the Department audits and certifies the draw results, nothing is final. Check back April 29."

Guess we'll see. Sounds like a scare tactic to me. What can they possibly audit? If we were not eligible we would have been tossed out.

They probably just have to audit the system. Make sure not too many tags were given for specific hunts etc... More than likely a formality IMO

All states do this or should. They check for anomolies that could mean mistake by errors with the numbers,or fraud. The numbers have
to jibe,as does the rest of the info provided. How many folks applied here? It is not instant,thankfully.

They do know about social media folks....they are laughing their asses off this week.
