NNevada area 6 burning

For those of you that have tags in area 6, there are some huge fires burning from I-80 north towards Midas, north of the Newmont and Barrick mines. Not sure of exactly what has burned so far but it looks to be the areas of Marys Mt, Coyote Cyn, Willow Creek Res etc.
Lots of elk and deer country as well as critical winter range has been burned already.

LAST EDITED ON Oct-03-11 AT 06:30PM (MST)[p]a storm rolled thru friday night, at one time i could see 6 fires burning before dark friday night. Looks like rain starting wednesday so hopefully they will get put out. Lots of fires around Winnemucca, Paradise Valley friday and saturday also.
Looks like it burned the winter range at Dunphy also...for about the 5th time. Deer and elk are going to have it tuff this winter.
