Well I got back out today with my 50 cal CVA Accura v2 and the No Excuses 460's.
Prior to today I could never get under the 4" group. I went up and down with powder and the group got bigger or was about the same. I tried Pyro RS, P and T7ffg.
Did some research and suggestions were to try a felt wad between bullet and powder.
Holy smokes (muzzleloader term) first 3 with wad and 90gr of pyro P @ 100yards-- 2" !!!!!!
Went up to 100gr same powder-- 2.5" group
Tried 85gr of T7 3" group
100gr T7 had 3 out of 5 @ 1" !!! the other 2 flew 5" low right
Shot 2 pyro P 90gr and 1 T7 100gr out to 175 yds and got a 4" group 12-15" low
The felt wad is a must for these bullets in my Accura.....Deadly!!
