No PP Purchase for Wyoming Moose, Sheep & Goat

Does anyone know why Wyoming gives you the option to put in for Elk, Deer and Antelope and buy the point or not, but they don't for Moose, Shp & Gt? You can only put in for the tag (plus pt if UN or just the point). The others you have 3 options, tag/pt, tag or just pt.

Say I want to take my horrible odds each year into the general draw w/o getting a point? Shouldn't I have this option? Wonder if this might change now with the Elk, Deer and Ant. going to points.

ODDNUT, NO I DONT, BUT I HAVE WONDERED ABOUT THE SAME QUESTION. IN THE FUTURE I WOULD LOOK FOR THAT OPTION, BTW I REALLY LIKE YOUR INFORMATIVE ODDS SITE / JUST WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED. THANKS, YD.
