Non resident draw question

What happens in the Elk draw if there is only 1 non-resident tag available. Does it go to the person with the most points or go to the draw?

Draw. Half the tags go to bonus points holders, so in order to have a bonus point tag there has to be a min. of 2 tags for the unit. 1 would go to the draw and 1 to the bonus point holders.

Wow. I thought it was the opposite.

Highcountry has it right. There are units that only have one tag and it seems like they rarely go to the high point holder.

Yep if you have a lot of points you want to put in for a unit with at least one Bonus tag.
