Nosler partition vs. accubond for moose & elk?

Here is my 2019 AZ elk I shot with my 30/06 180 grain Nosler Partion @300 yds I hit him he hunched up but stayed in place and I hit him again and dropped in his tracks! The bullet shown went through the right side and was just up against his left hide in between the muscle and the hide. This was the biggest body elk I have ever seen I’ll have to look to be for sure but I think I took two 70 or better lbs of deboned meat and I wasted about 10 lbs or so trying to cook this tough none eatable elk! That’s why he went to the grinder and the butcher shop LOL! I don’t have a digital scale if I can find one I’ll see how much the bullet still weighs if that helps
