..rut, but I had to use up more of the shredded beef from the other night. So I threw together a green chile beef burro, topped with homemade guacamole & salsa. My appetizer was a small bowl of menudo. I didn't have any homemade left in the freezer, so I opened a can of Juanita's Spicy style, which I found to be the best of the store-bought menudos.
