Be careful you don't pop a cap on a BLM or Forest Service guy doing a controlled burn!

Until I see a US directive to shoot-on-sight, I'll hold fire. Good hell, I don't even dare shoot a wolf w/o having a tag so I'm sure I couldn't shoot a guy who I simply suspected of setting a fire.

I think we all should do a better job of keeping our eyes open....and report everything that looks odd.
