All these Perty little Western Belles are a Country Boys Dream!
They ain't got Wings or MM Halo's but they sure look good to me!

While my cousin was fighting the fire in Colorado, his cabin burned down in the fire between Price and Duchesne...shitty deal!!

I got the Fontenelle fire in my back door(8 miles away)....12,000 acres burnt as of last night watching it tonight I suppose its 15,000 by now...Labarge Creek Road is closed,Middle Piney Road is closed,LaBarge Creek Meadows is closed...Snyder Basin is totally burnt,Nameless Creek,Scaler cabin cooked...on top of deadline ridge tonight..needless to say all my drift fences are gone...suppose we will be pulling cows off early...

I was up there this afternoon, left my camper for this weekend camping, and this fire BLEW UP today. The forest circus wasn't going to let me go get it, but the Sublette County Sheriff's Dept. actually cares about the people they serve, and called me in Rock Springs to come and get it. It was between Darby Mtn. and Fish Creek Mtn. and I barely got it out before the fire came over the ridge.

I used to fight wildfires, and this one is nasty!! The wind definately ain't helping either. They were worried about all the ranches in Middle Piney, and the summer homes. My wife and I were just talking last saturday, while we looked at all the beetle-kill trees, that if and when that burns, it's gonna be ugly......we were right....

Got some videos on facebook, haven't put them on youtube yet.

I woke up to my truck covered in ash....I live in Midway Utah. I was out to the uintahs yesterday. I had to put the truck in 4wd to get up the road. The dust was 8 inches deep. It felt like driving in a bad snow storm. WE NEED RAIN!
