NRA Membership Discount

I didn't see anywhere that you can extend a membership for us that are already in, but this deal should not be passed up by anyone that isn't already a member. Thanks for letting people know about this!

Reupped for 2 years ($50) and gave them an additional $25 for the Conn. innitiative. I get Bass Pro stuff all the time, so it only really cost me $50 for a 2 year renewal. Still a bargin!

Im in. Been thinkin about it for awhile. Guess now is a good time. Hope it's not too late, but Im in.

If you're a gun owner and not a member of the NRA, you're shooting yourself in the foot, no pun intended. And even if you have no use for AR15's and 30-round mags, your favorite hunting/target rifle or skeet shotgun could be next!

Think your favorite concealed carry handgun is safe, check California's list of approved guns and see if it makes the cut. Feinstein's bill is modeled after Californis'a ban, only stricter! Guys in California cannot even buy certain S&W revolvers because they've been deemed unsafe.

United we stand, divided we fall!

Just signed up my wife and son. I already have lifetime.

For all you guys that piss and moan about the NRA, please let us know what your doing to protect our gun rights. I hope it is something.

If you believe there is nothing to worry about, you are kidding yourself.

Regardless of your political leanings, if you own a gun, I hope you are doing something.

To join in the local Gun club/shooting range you have to be a member of NRA. This is a idea that should happen in all area's.

I got a membership thing in the mail and the life membership is down to $600. I will try posting it up here tomorrow if peopel are interested

ishootarum300,

Please post that info up on the life membership for $600. They had a deal earlier in the year for a $400 life membership if you were sponsored by a life member and I became a life member at that time. Great deal for a great cause.

I have also received the invitation to sponsor other life members for $300. I would be more than happy to help anyone else who wants to be a life member. (My wife and kids are already all life members)

NRA Benefactor Life Member

Elkster9, Thanks for sponsoring me, I am now a new proud life member. Apparently this is in extremely high demand as I was on hold for 45 minutes..

Im 32 years old and think its time for me to do the life membership. For that price cant go wrong.
Who wants to sponser me? PM me the details I need to have.

LAST EDITED ON Jan-11-13 AT 10:28PM (MST)[p]I am kind of glad I have not gotten around to becoming a life member yet. Is there a life member out there that will sponsor me?

Just became a member again. I had dropped off the NRA member roles after 30+ years about 4 years ago due to excessive sales pitches and not enough legislative action. Decided it was time to bury the hatchet and fight more important battles.

>Anybody know if the $300.00 lifer
>deal is a one time
>up front fee or do
>they offer some sort of
>payment plan?

One time payment for the $300.00 deal. They do offer a payment plan, but the Lifetime membership is $1,000.00 paid over time.

Thanks!
I have some other financial commitments within the next week or so that can not be delayed.
I am a member and will upgrade to a lifer ASAP, especially at the current rate..

US citizen in good standing. Basically if you can vote, you can join. Now is the time to join and stand shoulder to shoulder with fellow sportsmen.
Anyone needing a sponsor to become a life member just send me a PM.
Bill

Don't even need to be a US citizen, nor voting age. Phone number, address, credit card to pay. I saw over at 24hourcampfire that a couple guys from Australia joined because they've been screwed so hard by their Gov they wanted to help and chip in here. Lots of guys sign their kids up.

Sign up your wife, sign up your kids, sign up your neighbors, do whatever it takes to keep your boot on their throats people!

Even after BO's fizzled press conference today, the fight is not over! Contact your State representatives and tell them no compromises....no magazine bans, no back door registration, nothing!

RE: DEAL OF THE CENTURY!!!

That is what "Takers" always do. They take.

Dont worry Zigga, others will do the heavy lifting for you.

Zigga, tell us what you are doing to protect your ability to own guns. (assuming that you do own guns or even hunt)

A few of you guys are talking about lifetime sponsors and whatnot. Can someone explain to me how this works? I am not a member but really want to join. I'm just wondering what the whole sponsor thing is before I just grab a year membership. Thanks

They would discount the normal life membership from $1,000.00 to $300.00 with a lifetime sponsor, but they're running a special this month where you can get the same deal without a sponsor. You have to call to get it though and have to pay the $300.00 at that time. They do a have life membership payment plan, but it's at the $1,000.00 rate.
