Drew rifle deer this year. Just asking around for any information that you wouldnt mind sharing. From where maybe to hunt, to where i might be able to set camp with a 36' 5th wheel trailer. I know the hunting is usually better later, but im sure this area holds deer all the time. Thanks guys

Be extremely careful where you pull your trailer. The roads in that unit get aweful when they are wet.
If you get any weather, check near the Idaho border. Hell, check there anyway. That is where I would concentrate on hunting. I put in for the late rifle but didn't draw. You can usually get permission to hunt the Gamble & Wine Cup Ranches as well.

Nvhunter, with those season dates I'd be very surprised if you had problems on the roads other than deep snow in the hills. Even if it is mild, it should freeze after sundown everyday.

Years ago I hunted the goose creek area and saw lots of bucks and some nice ones that was in the early 90's havent been there in years.
