NV Desert unit 263

My father drew this tag and I have been going over Maps and talking to past hunters from the unit. Any advice would be helpful. I want to make this a great hunt for him. He had a Desert Sheep tag 30 years ago for unit 266. The ram he killed after 10 days of hunting scored 143 4/8 and was six years old. The ram broke about 2 inchs off his right horn in a fall and they were unable to find it. Back in those days a legal ram had to score 144 and be 7 years old. The NDOW took the ram and fined my father. But he has a second chance to put a Desert sheep on the wall. If any one would like to share any information you can email me at [email protected]
