OIL Moose hunt

NM fish and game gonna have a lotto for the moose on the loose in Tesuque/Santa fe area. So many pictures of the bull in peoples yards etc .
Lets go ....Sooo my question is , since Tahr are not native to NM and they can be legally hunted with no license , is this the same deal for the mosse?

No they protected moose several years back.

Yeah, moose aren't considered "feral". Seems they might be able to gain a foothold in the Pecos if a cow or two meander down from CO.

That would be cool if they did a quick draw for it. You have 24 hours to apply then they draw 1 person to hunt it for the next week.
